Our verification process is designed to make accessing products easier for all South Africans. We don’t ever look at your credit history – our financial behaviour model means that you can still get a subscription, even if your credit isn’t great.
Verification is a requirement of subscribing with Rentoza. If you don’t complete verification, your order may be cancelled.
Verifying your identity is as simple as taking a
photo of your valid South African ID, and uploading it to our system.

When verifying your address, remember to use your home address, even if your subscription is getting delivered somewhere else.
We need to verify your banking details. Just select your bank and fill out the form, and you’re good to go.
If you bank with Capitec – or if your bank isn’t listed in the menu – you’ll need to verify your details by manually uploading a bank statement no older than 90 days.

This is the same as the manufacturer's warranty you’d get if you bought a device. If there’s a defect or fault, we’ll take care of it for you.

Once your subscription has been dispatched to our couriers, you’ll receive a waybill that you can use to track your delivery.
We don’t want you to feel tied down, so if you decide to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, you won’t be charged extra – just the fee of your new subscription.
