How Rentoza Works

Ready to break up with your old tech? Rentoza subscriptions are simple.

Just browse our products to find the one that suits you, then choose your subscription term.

Checkout Your Cart

Make sure you’ve filled in all your information correctly. You’ll also need to make your first month’s payment (if your verification fails, you’ll be fully refunded).

Complete Verification

Once you’re checked out, a link will be sent to your email to allow you to complete the verification process.

From there it’s easy:

Sign Agreement

You’ll receive a subscription agreement, which you’ll need to sign and send back to us. This isn’t the end of the verification process – you’ll need to wait a little longer for that. We promise it’s worth it.

Rentoza’s Non-Credit Verifications

Our verification process is designed to make accessing products easier for all South Africans. We don’t just look at your credit history – our financial behaviour model means that you can still get a subscription, even if your credit isn’t great.

Verification is a requirement of subscribing with Rentoza. If you don’t complete verification, your order may be cancelled

Verify Your Identity

Verifying your identity is as simple as taking a
photo of your valid South African ID, and uploading it to our system.

Verify Your Address

To give you more options, we allow a few different types of documents to be uploaded when verifying your address:

Bank statements no older than 90 days

Utility bills no older than 90 days

Invoices no older than 90 days

Tax statements no older than one year

When verifying your address, remember to use your home address, even if your subscription is getting delivered somewhere else.

Verify Your Bank

We need to verify your banking details. Just select your bank and fill out the form, and you’re good to go.

If you bank with Capitec – or if your bank isn’t listed in the menu – you’ll need to verify your details by manually uploading a bank statement no older than 90 days.
