Verification Process

Tired of credit checks that force you to take on more debt just so you can have a good credit score? So are we. That’s why Rentoza uses a proprietary non-credit verification system that takes your spending habits into account as well. If you’re good at budgeting, you’re good with us.

Shipping Enquiries

We know you can’t wait to get your new subscription – and trust us, we want to get it to you as quickly as we can.

You can find out how long a product takes to ship on its product page, but please be aware that this is calculated from when you complete verification, not from when you checkout. Once your product has made it to our dedicated couriers, you’ll receive a waybill that you can use to track your order while it’s in transit.

Payment Enquiries

Your subscription is charged to your card every month on the same day that you completed checkout. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. You’ll have the opportunity to select your payment date when you sign your subscription agreement. If you’ve already signed your agreement, feel free to submit a support ticket if you’d like to change the day you’re charged, although this may incur a service fee.
