Introduction
By participating in this competition you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions set herein. Furthermore, the entrant acknowledges that should they breach any rule stipulated herein, they may be disqualified from the competition. This competition is being run by Rentoza Pty Ltd.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age with a valid South African ID or Passport.
Rentoza Pty Ltd employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
Entries into the competition will be automatically granted to individuals that subscribe to a television for a subscription period of 1 or 3 months with Rentoza. Only subscriptions on televisions between the period of 28 August 2023 until 28 October 2023 will be considered for entry.
The winning prize will include a pair of tickets to a game at the Sevens Rugby 2023 being hosted in Cape Town, including flights and accommodation for the winner.
There will only be one competition winner.
The use of specific brands as prizes by Rentoza Pty Ltd does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Rentoza’s decision on any aspect of the competition including the start and closing date is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided after the 28th of October 2023 by a Rentoza agent.
Rentoza Pty Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within fourteen (14) days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Rentoza Pty Ltd reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Data Protection and Publicity
In entering the competition you acknowledge and agree:
(1) that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Rentoza Pty Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
(2) that Rentoza may repost and/or use any entrants video across their social media platforms
(3) (the winner) to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants, if requested by Rentoza to do so
(4) that as the competition winner your name may be used for competition purposes in promoting or publicizing the competition, including the right to name you as winner of a prize in public
(5) to the winner's first name and country of residence will be announced on Rentoza’s Social media channels.

Limitation of Liability
Rentoza Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition, enjoying the benefits of winning the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Rentoza Pty Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
All entries that are incomplete or don’t follow the rules will automatically be disqualified.
Should any additional or alternative travel requirements be necessary for the competition winner, the competition winner acknowledges that these will be at their own expense and Rentoza will not be held liable in any manner.
All additional costs, such as food, drinks etc, relating to the enjoyment of the competition prize will all be at the competition winners expense.
