The Role

We are looking for high energy and confident Retail Sales Associates, who will help create positive energy and excitement around our brand and products. If you have a strong selling instinct and enjoy impressing customers with your knowledge about tech and other products, then this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Being an ambassador for our brand and offering an amazing customer experience.
• Welcoming customers and ascertaining their needs and requirements.
• Educate customers about our products and offering.
• Taking the customer through the verification process at the self-help kiosks and being the point of contact for any questions or assistance.
• Exceed Customer expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible solutions.
• Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest trends in technology.
• Assist with set up and shut down as well as stock take to ensure the store is ready for our customers at all times.
• Actively keeping track of sales performance against target.
• Housekeeping duties and ensuring the sales area is clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensuring you are 100% versed in daily operations with regards to verification and fulfillment procedure.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (Minimum Required)
• 2 Years experience in retail and sales.
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge and experience in technology, retail and sales.
