The Role 

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our team and help deliver a world class digital experience for our rapidly growing subscriber base by ensuring that we deliver creative design solutions across platforms to land the brand essence and proposition, as well as deliver a unique retail shopping experience for customers online.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to design and develop compelling creative across all media
• Rollout campaigns and creative executions
• Contribute to the development of a range of creative executions for each project and be able to effectively collaborate
• Understanding of digital design and rollout of digital creative
• Responsive for digital design and graphic executions
• Assisting in developing design elements for an online shopping experience as part of the UX
• Own projects with various internal stakeholders

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Atlassian, Jira as well as other project management tools (advantageous)
• Tech obsessed
• Ability to see artwork through from concept to finished product
• Adobe Creative Suite - must have a firm grasp of all the tools of the trade and be able to use design programs to create work
• Working knowledge and practical understanding of Figma
• Must know how to apply a CI to the design environment and produce work that is always on-brand
• Multi-channel design understanding
• Proficiency in motion graphics and 3D design
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript technologies and champion best practice
• Must be able to articulate ideas and reasoning for design directions
• Must have big ideas
• Design qualification/portfolio
• Strong attention to detail
• Adaptive quick learner
• Strong understanding of online design
• Keeps current about marketing and design trends, visual styles, technological advances, social media and their influence and applicability

Minimum Requirements

• Advertising & Design diploma/degree essential
• Experience in photoshop, inDesign, illustrator, and range of Adobe design tools
• Retail design and rollout experience
• Advertising agency experience 5 years +
