The Role
We are looking for a Collections Agent to join our dynamic team and help deliver a world class digital customer experience within the verifications team for our rapidly growing subscriber base. This role is for an ambitious and highly motivated individual seeking the rare opportunity to help scale a high growth technology company, across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls - Handling queries on various platforms such as Zendesk, WhatsApp.
- Escalations to the external legal representatives.
- Regular follow ups and retentions by resolving customer payment queries.
- Uploading documents for the legal representatives.
- Maintaining relationships with our clients and legal representatives.

Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary education
- Minimum of 1 - 2 Years Experience in collections related role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Atlassian
